The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Refund Policy
Please allow at least 7 days after the last scan date/delivered date by the post office before reaching out to us. We apologize but we are unable to ship another package out prior to 15 business days. The post office will not pay a claim before that time period.
We're seeing quite a few orders being marked delivered before you've received them, and orders stuck in transit. We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes!
